Post 1038 does rent the meeting hall out to members and the general public.  Examples of events the Post would be interested in renting the hall for include:

• Anniversary parties
• Baby or wedding showers
• Graduation parties (with adult supervision)
• Funeral dinners
• Christmas parties
• Community meetings and events
• Boy Scout Court of Honor Awards Ceremonies

Standard rental fees:

• $150.00 per day
• $200.00 security deposit
• Some rental fees may be negotiable
• Post members receive a discount (must be at event)

Conditions - by contract:

• Our building is a smoke free facility
• Seating for 50-70 persons
• Parties and events generally need to end before midnight
• A rental contract with additional conditions is required
